For those seeking a holistic approach to primary care, our office offers Functional Primary Care. Primary care includes evaluation and management of acute and chronic health conditions, preventative exams, women’s health visits, corporate wellness evaluations and school physicals. We have an in-house lab with point of care testing for your convenience.

We offer Functional Primary Care membership plans for patients. No insurance is required and there are no co-payments or enrollment fees. Visits are unlimited with patient portal access messaging to Our Team. Members also receive discounts on our specialty services.
